CHERRIES must keep working and improving according to head coach Andoni Iraola, who stressed that there was no guarantee his side’s form would continue automatically.
After waiting 10 matches to record a first win in the Premier League, Iraola has now steered Cherries to three wins from their last four league fixtures, ensuring a points return that has seen the south coast side rise up the league table.
Not only is Iraola happy with the improved results, but the Basque boss feels that performances have also improved, citing the EFL Cup tie with Liverpool that saw Cherries narrowly miss out at Dean Court.

Now seven points above the relegation zone, there is hope that Cherries can now go on and move further up the table, but Iraola insisted that his side must work hard on the training ground to continue their recent form.
The former Rayo Vallecano manager commented: “I think we are playing better. We are playing better.
“Last performances I would go farther because I like the games against Burnley at home and Liverpool at home.
“I would take out Manchester City away but it's always a very difficult game. But I think we are playing better, but it's not a guarantee that we will go against next week and will have the same performance now.
“We have to keep working, keep improving.
“There are things to improve still, but it's obvious we are in a good moment now and we hope we can keep it going much longer now, to keep improving points wise and performance wise.”
Cherries return to action this weekend, when they welcome Aston Villa to Vitality Stadium on Sunday, December 3 (2pm).
The Villans are flying under Iraola’s compatriot Unai Emery, with Villa sitting fourth in the Premier League table, two points behind Arsenal.
