ANDONI Iraola joked that as he has no complaints about keeping his team in the dark when it comes to his starting XI that he will not be changing his approach.
Premier League rules dictate that team sheets must be finalised an hour and half before kick-off – and that is when Iraola likes to inform his charges whether they are playing or not.
The Basque boss explained to the Daily Echo: “I like everyone to think that they can be starting every game, they can be part of the team.
“So everyone, even if they think ‘I don't think I will play today, but there is a small part that maybe, maybe I have a chance - maybe the coach has something.’
“I like to keep this intensity even in the trainings until the last moment.
“I think I haven't any complaints, so we will continue the same way!”
