CHERRIES ran rampant away at Southampton Women reserves to continue the defence of their Hampshire Senior Cup crown with a 14-0 win.
Erin Bloomfield’s first goal for the club quickly became six as she notched a double hat-trick, whilst there was a treble for Chloe Gilroy.
Gemma McGuinness went one better with a four-goal haul, whilst recent signing Kenni Thompson made it two from two to round off the scoring.
Victory at the quarter-final stage sees Steve Cuss’s side reach the semi-finals for the third season in a row.
Cherries lifted the Hampshire Senior Cup for the first time last season after losing out to Portsmouth in the final the season before.
The semi-finals will be staged on Sunday, February 18.
