CHERRIES midfielder Emi Marcondes is being linked to a loan switch to Scottish outfit Hibernian according to reports from his native Denmark.
Marcondes is yet to make an appearance for Cherries under Andoni Iraola, having returned to the club injured following a loan spell with FC Nordsjaelland last season.
Danish website BT.dk state that the former Brentford man is set to visit Scotland in order to make a final decision on the loan switch.
The 28-year-old has been named on the bench in recent weeks with injuries to other players, but with the Dane’s contract expiring at the end of the season, he is expected to move on.
Cherries owner Bill Foley is currently undergoing the process of buying a minority stake in Hibernian, explaining the link between the two clubs.
In total Marcondes has 24 appearances for Cherries, having scored seven times.
