JOE Rothwell got off the mark in style for loan club Southampton, sparking a stunning 5-3 comeback win over Huddersfield Town.
Cherries midfielder Rothwell was introduced off the bench during the first half at St Mary’s and volleyed a dipping ball into the top corner from 18 yards.

The former Blackburn Rovers man then netted again less than a minute later to tie the game up at 2-2.
For that goal he was assisted by fellow Cherries loanee David Brooks, who also impressed off the bench.
The Wales international provided another assist later on, as Saints completed the comeback to stay second in the Championship table.
Kieffer Moore played the full contest for fellow promotion hopefuls Ipswich Town, as they rescued a point late on with a 2-2 draw against West Bromwich Albion at Portman Road.
Jaidon Anthony was an unused sub in Leeds United’s 3-0 win over Rotherham United, while injury ruled Jamal Lowe out of Swansea City’s 1-0 win at Hull City.
Lower down the pyramid, Gavin Kilkenny kept his place in the Fleetwood Town starting XI, but could not prevent a 2-1 loss to Lincoln City in League One. Daniel Adu-Adjei was an unused substitute in Leyton Orient’s defeat by the same score at Barnsley.
In non-league, Ben Greenwood continued his run of starts, brought off in the second half as Eastleigh were beaten 2-1 at home by Fylde in the National League.
Jack Wadham started for Worthing in National League South, as they defeated Dover Athletic 6-4. In the same league, Billy Terrell could not prevent a 1-0 defeat for Dartford against Bath City at Twerton Park.
Further afield, fellow goalkeeper Will Dennis kept a clean sheet as Kilmarnock progressed into the quarter-finals of the Scottish FA Cup with a 2-0 win over Cove Rangers. They will face Neil Warnock’s Aberdeen in the last eight.
Hibernian also made it through, winning 3-1 at Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Emiliano Marcondes came off the bench in the second half, replacing former Cherries midfielder Nathan Moriah-Welsh, but Owen Bevan was not involved.
Hamed Traore was an unused substitute as Napoli lost 1-0 away against AC Milan in Serie A.
