CHERRIES boss Andoni Iraola is confident talisman Dominic Solanke will be fit to lead the line against Luton Town tomorrow evening.
The Hatters return to Vitality Stadium (7.30pm) in a rearranged fixture, the original match abandoned back in December after Tom Lockyer suffered a cardiac arrest.
Solanke has been playing with a knee issue since the turn of the year, but Iraola believes the striker was in a better place after Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Sheffield United.
Iraola explained: “He finished better after the (Sheffield United) game than the previous one against Burnley, so I expect him to be to be ready, to be available.
“I think it has been a good recovery after Sheffield United.
“There are a lot of things that happen to football players, normally you don't play 100 per cent.
“Very few games during a season that you don't have any small issue.
“I think players are used to play through these things.
“There have been the last two weeks where he has felt it worse.
“But I think now he's feeling better and I hope he doesn't lose any game and any more trainings with this.”
There are no new injury concerns for Cherries; nor have any players returned from outstanding issues.
