ANDONI Iraola revealed that Cherries will be left to wait over Milos Kerkez’s availability after the defender returned from international duty with a calf issue.
The left-back missed out on Hungary’s 2-0 friendly win over Kosovo on Tuesday night, with national team boss Marco Rossi stating that the decision was made in the abundance of caution.
However, Iraola stated that he would have to wait and see if Kerkez recovered well and would be fit to start against Everton on Saturday (3pm).
Iraola told the Daily Echo: “With the ones that are coming from the national team, I prefer to wait until tomorrow.
“I think he was much better today, he did the recovery with the ones who travelled yesterday, and he was part of the recovery group, and I hope he has a chance, and he trains tomorrow.
“I wouldn't say he cannot play on the weekend.”
