JY Taylor is hoping his Ringwood Town side can continue to transfer their cup form into league action after producing another fine display on Saturday.
Taylor's men bounced back from 1-0 and 2-1 down to force a highly impressive 2-2 draw against Southern League Marlow, who ply their trade two levels higher than Ringwood.
The FA Cup has already acted as a perfect fillip for the Long Lane team this season and manager Taylor wants that to carry on.
"We lost our first two league games and, since winning the FA Cup game, we've won every game in the league," he explained.
And the Wessex Division One side's confidence will have been done no harm whatsoever on Saturday after goals from Luke Gogan and Dan Baguley, as well as a penalty save from Dave Rhodes, forced replay tomorrow night.
Taylor described the draw against Marlow as "fantastic" but, despite the club enjoying a fine run in their first season in the competition, the Ringwood boss is slightly concerned about a fixture backlog.
He said: "The worrying thing now is we've only got two league games scheduled for September.
"We've got the replay then the Vase, the Hampshire Senior Cup the following week and the league cup.
"So if we do get through in the FA Cup or the Vase, it won't be until the last week of September that we play in the league."
But that hasn't taken the edge off his excitement going into the return match at Marlow.
"I think they'll be better at their place but we've got to go there with hope and confidence," Taylor told the Daily Echo.
"The lads deserve a nice away day and we've got a couple of buses on order, so we'll leave early and see how it goes."
