AFC Bournemouth are one of two Premier League clubs reportedly tracking Sunderland right-back Trai Hume.
That is according to Football Insider, who claim Cherries are joined by Aston Villa in taking an interest to the right-back after his impressive performances.
A 12-time international for Northern Ireland at the age of 22, Hume joined Sunderland from Linfield for £150,000 in 2022.
The defender has since gone on to make 74 appearances in the Championship, as well as playing two games in the play-offs for the Black Cats.
Last season Hume led the second tier in terms of successful tackles, serving as a near ever-present for Sunderland as he started all but one game.
Under contract until 2027 after signing a new deal last June, Hume is capable of playing at centre-half as well at his natural right-back position.
