REPORTED interest from AFC Bournemouth in Fenerbahce defender Jayden Oosterwolde is wide of the mark, the Daily Echo understands.
Reports in Turkey suggested that Cherries had made a formal offer for the Dutch defender in the region of €30million.
West Ham and other Premier League clubs are said to be tracking the left-footer, but the Daily Echo understands that Cherries are not currently among those interested in Oosterwolde, nor have they made a bid.
Capable of playing at either left-back or centre-half, Oosterwolde is expected to fetch a large fee if he does depart Fenerbahce this summer.
Recently appointed sporting director Tiago Pinto worked with current Fenerbahce boss Jose Mourinho at AS Roma.
After the departure of Lloyd Kelly on a free transfer to Newcastle United, Cherries are in the market for depth on the left side of their defence.
