CHERRIES have revealed two limited-edition kits, specially designed by Hollywood star Michael B Jordan.

The 37-year-old actor and director is the star of the Creed films, and also featured in Marvel movie Black Panther.

He became a minority owner at Cherries in December 2022.

And he has now had a tangible impact on the club, designing a club badge and two kits, one red and one black.

Cherries wore the black kit in California on Saturday, in the 1-1 pre-season draw with Wrexham.

An exclusive MBJ x AFCB tag features on the range, as well as Jordan’s Outlier Society Ventures.

The shirts feature a "modern reworking of a vintage Cherries crest", with the club adding how it has been introduced as a "secondary mark across other club projects".

Jordan worked closely with designer Daniel Norris to reimagine the former crest, used by the club in the 1980s.

Jordan said: “Having the opportunity to design a kit has been a project I have been excited to work on since joining the club.

“These are exciting times for Cherries fans and I’m looking forward to see what this season brings.”

Cherries will again wear the kit on Wednesday, in a friendly against Arsenal in Los Angeles.

Shirts are available for fans to buy via superstore.afcb.co.uk with adult sizes priced at £85 and kids sizes £70.

Cherries chairman Bill Foley said: “It has been great for us to lean into our Cherries identity a little more with this opportunity,

“We’ve been able to draw on what is a unique aspect of our club and I’m very pleased with how the kits look.

“Michael’s passion for the design process has shone through and I thank him for his time and energy in creating the range.”
