CHERRIES’ Carabao Cup match against West Ham will be played on Wednesday, August 28.
AFC Bournemouth will travel to the London Stadium for the second-round tie, which will kick-off at 7.45pm.
The south coast side were knocked out of the competition last season in the round of 16, losing to Liverpool at the Vitality Stadium.
This fourth-round loss followed victories over Swansea and Stoke, beating the Welsh side 3-2 away from home, before beating the Potters 2-0 at Dean Court.
Last time out away at the Hammers, Cherries drew 1-1 thanks to an early Dominic Solanke goal, before West Ham levelled through James Ward-Prowse.
The League Cup fixture will follow Cherries’ opening home Premier League game, hosting Newcastle on Sunday, August 25.
Tickets for the tie are on general sale through the AFC Bournemouth website.
