AFC BOURNEMOUTH midfielder Gavin Kilkenny is set to join Swindon Town.
Andoni Iraola confirmed to BBC Radio Solent after the West Ham Carabao Cup tie yesterday that the 24-year-old would be leaving the club.
Today, The Athletic's Jacob Tanswell reported that Kilkenny has joined the League Two outfit on a permanent deal, ending an eight year spell with the Cherries.
The Irishman joined the club in 2016 as a youngster, and progressed through the ranks, playing 15 times for Cherries in the Championship.
While on the south coast, Kilkenny has been sent for loan spells at Stoke City, Charlton Athletic and most recently Fleetwood Town.
He has played regularly in the Irish national age-group sides, from Ireland U15s to U21s.
