There are eight Bournemouth players out on loan over the course of the season and the loanee Cherries have produced some great performances for their clubs.

Top of the Bournemouth loanee’s loan watch is Hamed Traore, who’s loving his football at Ligue 1 side AJ Auxerre.

Traore has five goals and one assist across his nine games this season, with goal involvements in all four of last games.

His performances have propelled Auxerre to ninth and Cherries fans will hope Traore can keep these numbers up upon his return next summer.

Joining Traore in the French division is Romain Faivre, with two goals and an assist for Stade Brestois.

Faivre can also boast appearances in the Champions League, including a start in their opening game, making him the only Bournemouth loanee to play in the competition.

The best of the bunch is Chris Mepham, establishing himself as a rock in the Sunderland backline, with the Black Cats only losing one of Mepham’s ten starts.

In Mepham’s almost 900 minutes of football this season, he has only conceded seven goals, with six clean sheets to boot, seeing Sunderland sit top of the league.

Another team on the hunt for promotion is Leeds, who acquired the services of Joe Rothwell for the season.

Rothwell has taken some time to adjust under Daniel Farke, with his first seven appearances of the season being small cameos, but recently Rothwell is thriving in a more defensive role in the last seven games where Leeds have gathered 15 points.

Jaidon Anthony spent last season at Leeds, but this year he is at Burnley where he has become a regular starter at Turf Moor, scoring and registering one goal and one assist.

Jebbison has only managed to make two starting appearances for Watford, contributing zero goals, Cherries fans will hope Jebbison can pull himself out of this grey patch of form.

Finally, two Cherries goalkeepers are out on loan, youngster Alex Paulsen and veteran Neto.

Alex Paulsen, the promising youngster signed from Wellington Phoenix last summer, has an impressive four clean sheets in four, three in the A-League for Auckland FC and one in his first cap for New Zealand.

Neto however, is yet to make an appearance for Arsenal after signing as their backup goalkeeper on deadline day.

He would have been expected to play in the EFL Cup against Bolton after a David Raya injury, but Neto was cup tied having played against West Ham for the Cherries earlier this season.
