Electric goalkeeper Steve Shergold pulled off two penalty saves when the Hayward Premier Division leaders emerged 4-1 winners against Old Oaks thanks to Mike Wynne (2), Joe Kittle and Leigh Phillips. Old Oaks’ goal came from yet another penalty, this one being despatched by Keith FitzJohn.
Sam Smith netted for Portcastrian but their hopes of moving up to third place were dashed when relegation threatened Hamworthy Recreation scuppered them 4-1 thanks to Luke Dawe’s hat-trick and a goal from Russ Dominey.
Kit Jackson put Redlynch in front but Parley Sports came back through Sam Bush and a Jason Britton header to win 2-1.
Andy Masson was the hat-trick hero when Trinidad hauled themselves away from the relegation zone with a 3-2 success against fellow strugglers Sway who replied through Dan Fairhurst and Ross Clark.
• Division One pacestters Electric reserves netted through Ben Hatch and Zack Keane but they had to settle for a point when Nathan Welch and Tom Cranmer earned Alderholt a 2-2 draw.
Nearest rivals Allendale were 8-3 winners against Twynham Rangers thanks to Dave Welstead’s hat-trick and further goals from Stuart Pomeroy (2), Nick Johnson, Paul Johnson and Dave Wrixton.
Nick Reynolds scored both goals in Holt United’s 2-1 win over Verwood Town, while at the other end of the table, St Mary’s moved off the bottom when Tom Pepper and Ryan Cattano gave them the edge 2-1 against Ferndown Town Greenfields.
• Bisterne United increased their lead at the top of Division Two when Lascelles Richardson (2), David Windsor, Benn Kitchiner and Craig Frost ensured a 5-1 triumph over Merley Cobham Sports.
Khalid Sreti (2) and Wayne Smith netted for title rivals Ferndown Sports but Mploy held them to a 3-3 draw and Galleon take over in second place after Joe Liddicoat steered them to a 1-0 win at Sway reserves.
Fordingbridge Turks move off the bottom of the table after Jason Thorne and Ben Flood Page ensured a 2-0 success against Seyward Windows and Redhill Rangers find themselves propping up the rest after going down 5-3 to goals from Tom Linbourne, Paul Morris, Bradley Morris and Luke Benford.
• Parley Sports A’s hopes of closing the gap between them and the leading pair in Division Three were dashed when Stourvale upended them 2-0 through Paul Danvers and an own goal.
AFC Burton gave struggling Redlynch reserves a 5-1 tonking with goals from Mark Brading (2), Ryan New, Ben Gurd, Mark Curtis, and Ben Close, while Mark McCarthy, Lloyd Pearce, and Dave Wallace gave Queens Park Athletic a 3-1 majority over Wallisdown Conservative.
• Luke Walker netted for second-placed Bisterne Rangers in Division Four but promotion rivals AFC Pennington just got the better of them 2-1 with goals from Andy Ketley and Tom Brown.
FC Athletico remain in contention after emerging 5-3 winners against New Milton Eagles thanks to Chris Hardy’s hat-trick and further goals from Dave Pearce and Patrick Bedford.
Burley, meanwhile, just got the better of bottom-placed Albany Athletic courtesy of a Phil Matthews hat-trick and a couple of goals from Russell Shoulder.
• Mudeford Men’s Club reserves remain seven points clear at the top of Division Five after Marvin Fayer-Honour (2) and Max Edgell gave them a 3-1 win over promotion rivals Redlynch A.
Walker Scott move up to third after Neil Third and Chris Ramsier put paid to tailenders Fernheath CFC 2-0, while Screw-It Carpentry suffered an unexpected setback when Hurn Jets just got the better of them 4-3 with goals from Oliver Shrimpton (2), Sami Kaddah and Shaun Cryer.
• Aaron Wheeler struck for Division Six pacesetters AFC Bransgore but they dropped two vital points when Alderholt reserves held them to a 1-1 draw with a goal from Alex O’Neill.
Queens Park Athletic reserves are just two points behind with a game in hand after hammering Fordingbridge Turks reserves 10-0. Mike Thompson rattled in four and Wes Jones bagged a hat-trick with Alex Joy, Ross Logan and an own goal completing the rout.
Ferndown Town Greenfields reserves went down 3-2 to goals from Andrew Cordial (2 and Chris Elkins against Lower Parkstone CFC, while Dean Drodge scored all three goals in Lymington Argyle’s 3-2 win over Townsend Spartans.
