Bashley boss Steve Riley was happy with a point in a 0-0 stalemate against Southern League Premier Division rivals Arlesey Town at the Recreation Ground on Tuesday night.
“We dominated the first half but could’nt get one past their keeper who made four fine saves,” said Riley.
“After the break it was a scrappy game with both sides cancelling each other out. To be fair it wasn’t a good second half for the fans.
“But I’m happy with a point as the other results went our way,” added Riley.
Bashley: Kearn, Whitley, Strugnell, Middleton (Molyneux, 85), Penny, Casey, Green (Ferrett, 80), Hill (Foster, 75), Allen, Gamble, Oliver.
