SEAGULLS disability swimmer Alice Tai continued her rise up the Paralympic ladder with another collection of personal best times at British International Disability Championships in Sheffield.
The 13-year-old Bournemouth Collegiate School swimmer reached the youth finals in the 50, 100 and 400m freestyle and the 100m backstroke.
“I was really happy especially as I had just come back from a training camp in Spain,” she said.
“It was also good to improve PBs set as recently as the British Championships in March.”
