LONGFLEET Youth FC under-11 boys (pictured) completed the double by adding the League Cup to their Dorset Division Two championship title.
The team were unbeaten throughout the season, and despite a strong challenge from the eventual runners-up Sturminster Newton United, they clinched the title with a game to spare.
Longfleet won the League Cup with a 4-1 success over nearest rivals Sturminster Newton United.
The team’s double is the first achieved by the Longfleet club.
Team manager Paul Squires said: “It was a pleasure to watch them take their skills learnt on the training pitch into their match play on a Sunday.
“The team has evolved together since their formation as an under-seven team.
“I believe having played five seasons together has been a fundamental factor in their continued success,” added Squires.
