DORSET were last night waiting to discover their MCCA Trophy fate after losing their final group game against Wales in Swansea.
A six-wicket defeat at the Mumbles left Dorset sweating on the outcome of other results to determine whether they would qualify for the quarter-finals.
Aaron Williams (25), Darren Cowley (21) and Scott Barlow (17) were the only batsmen to make starts as Dorset were castled for just 115.
And although Wales lost opener David Lloyd in the second over, they recovered to ease to victory at 116 for four in the 38th over.
