GOLD proved elusive but seven Poole swimmers came home with medals from the long-course Northampton Open Meet in Corby.
Silver went to Henry Bramwell-Reeks in the 100m backstroke (1:12.33) and 400m freestyle (4:54.48), Kiran Olenicz in the 100m backstroke (1:11.26) and Katie Mills in the 100m butterfly (1:09.03).
Mills also took bronze in the 200m freestyle in 2:16.35.
Jessica Richens and Georga Harrison each won two bronze medals, Richens in the 100 and 200m breaststroke (1:24.01 and 3:01.64), Harrison in the 100 and 200m butterfly (1:13.50 and 2:42.89).
Newly-crowned UK School Games champion Dan Speers won bronze in the 200m freestyle, despite being unwell, before pulling out of his other events.
