I FEEL the readers would be interested to know that there is a three-hour parking restriction at the Turbary Retail Park.

Unknown to me and I am sure many Christmas shoppers, I received in the post a £70 parking charge notice for exceeding the three-hour restriction.

I was parked there for four hours and 12 minutes.

I find this totally immoral and, considering they want you to go the retail park, another way of trying to raise money by penalising shoppers.

I have never heard of such a thing and was not even looking for parking notices and I am sure a lot of your readers will have been caught out.
