Every year on the first Friday of March the organisation called “The Women’s World Day of Prayer” holds services throughout theworld.
This year the service is organised by the Women of France and from midnight to midnight throughout that day this service will be enacted. It is one of the most uplifting feelings taking part in the service which is shared internationally.
Of course all demoninations take part in this service and it is translated into every language.
I am the secretary and treasurer of the Broadstone branch and our service will be held at 10.30am in the United Reformed Church, Broadstone, and our Speaker is Rev Father Mark Skelton. There will be services all over the area and it would be a good thing for your readers to look at their notice boards so that they can have the opportunity to take part in this annual and inspiring event.
