WHAT a great afternoon my husband and I, together with some friends had at the Arts cinema on Bournemouth Pier, showing the film The Artist. After the film everyone was led to the Key West restaurant where we were given cream teas and this was all for £5 each. The film was excellent and we enjoyed seeing the staff dressed in costumes of the era.
They were all so pleasant as well. Such a pity not more people attended as the cinema was only about half full. There are so many things going on in Bournemouth but not very well advertised. We should like to thank Arts Bournemouth for putting on this event and we look forward to the next.
