I WISH to thank and praise the wonderful and dedicated team of people, who, when I went down unexpectedly with septicaemia, all played an important part in getting me back to a full recovery.
To mention a few – my work colleagues at Laura Ashley, the Northbourne Surgery, the 999 call centre, the paramedic ambulance crew and the Royal Bournemouth Hospital (Acute Medical Unit) along with their teams, Professor S Alan, Dr T H Raza the doctors and nurses, the laboratory, the radiologist, the pharmacist, the caterers, the porters, the cleaners and the Hospital Radio Bedside who played some requests for me.
I am so grateful for all they did for me. They all worked tirelessly day and night.
Keep up the good work.
Long live the National Health Service.
