REGARDING the story entitled “Muriel was Dorset’s ‘Mother Teresa’” in the Echo on August 29.
What a lovely report by Jenny Awford, such a nice way to honour Muriel's life and work.
In more than 20 years of knowing and working with Muriel, I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone, she worked tirelessly for the precious poor people who needed help and came to her ‘In Touch Christian Mission’ at the Lansdowne Church.
She is already ‘sorely’ missed, we all loved her, but I know Heaven is richer for her being there. Remembering her husband Steve at this sad time too.
