Why are disabled toilets locked during the day?
I AM an old disabled person who visits the beautiful beach in Boscombe.
However, I have a problem in that the toilets for disabled people at Fisherman’s Wharf and the next one nearer to the pier are locked during the day.
It states on the door that they will be open during the day.
They were last year, but not this year. Why is that and how does one access them?
