Millhams tip
TODAY I visited the Millhams tip. For many years I have used my disabled blue badge to gain access without any trouble.
Today I was told the blue badge is no longer valid and I must use my driving licence or council tax bill. “It’s the rules.”
I feel other people should be made aware of this.
