ONCE again ,whilst walking along a pavement on a residential street in Poole, I have had to walk in the road to allow two cyclists riding side by side to continue doing so on the pavement.
This appears to be becoming quite a common practice in this area.
Cyclists appear to have no regard to the highway code or the law in general.
Since when have cyclists been able to go the wrong way around a one way system? Once again this is now a common practice in Poole.
It is time for the police to intervene and for fines to be issued and possible prison sentences for constant offenders.
These thoughtless cyclists are putting people’s lives at risk and it is time for this to be stopped.
