I HAVE read many letters recently about people’s concerns with regard to our beaches being totally overwhelmed once the lockdown is lifted, its easy enough to remember what happened last summer.
BCP’s response at the recent budget meeting.
They have set aside a fund of £250,000 for a “Bounce Back festival” of events aimed at encouraging visitors to the area this summer.
I’m sure I heard the other day that all holiday accommodation in this country was being snapped up even though some prices have doubled.
I’m absolutely sure we will have more than enough visitors.
This valuable money should not be wasted in such a ridiculous way.
