Regarding the letter about cloning of cards (Have Your Say, June 11), I, too, was one of the victims.
However, I found Nat West to be amazingly efficient.
Their fraud department notified me before I was even aware of the problem, blocked the illegal transaction in Australia, cancelled my card and allowed nothing fraudulent to be taken from my account – so well done and thanks to Nat West.
