Never mind Swine flu, the biggest infection to affect Bournemouth has spread to St Clements Road, Walpole Road, Palmerston Road and Southcote Road.
Whoever is responsible for the decision to install speed humps on roads which are already in poorer condition than would be found in most third world countries has lost touch with reality.
As the owner of a business in St Clements Road I would like to know how the council expect £7,000 per year in business rates without providing any service whatsoever to the company, and at the same time inhibit business with speed humps and yellow lines which appear overnight with no consultation.
