Here is a funny story: my bank doesn’t want my money and wants to close my account, with £320 in it, because I am not using it enough. Obviously my bank thinks it has enough money!
I complained and the procedure was very dismissive. I haven’t made a transaction for six months and as it is a business account they say I should be using it more often, so want to close it. Shouldn’t a bank be a place where you can bank, ie keep, your money?
