I know this subject has been mentioned before, but I am rely concerned about our emergency services speeding through Wareham on emergency call-outs.
As you well know all three services are all in the same area on the outskirts of the west end of Wareham, roughly 500 yards from the bypass which goes both ways, South to North.
The bypass is a much quicker way to exit the town than blasting their way through the centre of Wareham at break-neck speeds.
It is only a matter of time before somebody gets seriously hurt or killed.
Some elderly person or young child is going to appear from between parked cars or vans etc and that will be that, because no way will they be able to stop at the speed they are travelling at.
If the emergency is in town then fine, if not then use the bypass.
I was an ambulance driver myself once, so I do know.
