THERE are many reports of an extremely bad publicity in regard to aged patients. This is not so in regards to Bournemouth and Christchurch.

I am 79, a bilateral amputee and have had many and various operations throughout the past 35 years and have always been dealt with a very kindly and professional manner at all times.

Only last week, I had occasion to visit the Critical Cardiac Care Ward 23 and the treatment I received was of the highest professionalism and kindness that anyone could expect and I would like to congratulate the doctor and all the nursing staff that I had dealings with.

Well done Royal Bournemouth Hospital, you are the best.
