HAS anyone else noticed how worn the line markings are on the upper floor of Castlepoint’s car park? They are so worn in some places that they can hardly be seen.
Some of the give way markings are virtually invisible. This is most certainly a risk and my car was nearly hit by a driver who failed to see me because he couldn’t see the relevant markings.
New line markings need to be painted or there is likely to be a rise in similar incidents. So is this going to happen? The redevelopment of the car park is due to begin in the near future, but when?
Something needs to be done, as this decrepit car park is beginning to undermine the image of Caslepoint as an enjoyable shopping experience.
