ANOTHER good idea from Poole Council.
Start charging residents for recycling waste.
I thought we had a problem with fly tipping. Is this not going to add to this problem?
Surely this is going to increase work load, and increase cost to clean it up, for the council.
So will this not encourage people to fly tip?
