WE are in the midst of the ‘trespassers’ season during which council land is invaded.
When will the government come to the rescue of local authorities and pass a law which bans this behaviour of illegal occupation of land, parks and recreation grounds.
I appeal to our two MPs to take urgent action and introduce a bill which deals with this urgent matter and help save the council’s heavy expenses incurred with cleaning up the mess on the land which had been occupied by these uninvited visitors to our area and surrounding towns.
