I DO not believe dogs are suitable to an urban environment and their ownership should be discouraged. There is everything to recommend the cat. They catch vermin, comfort the elderly and lonely and bury their own ‘doings’.

Dogs are dangerous and unpredictable creatures only suitable for the countryside. I see California has banned dogs and good luck to them!

I have observed several houses which alert visitors to the danger of dogs inside. If the dog is that dangerous, only a maniac would keep it. Sooner or later that dog will bite a child.
