I AM trying to contact a family with whom I stayed with as a language student from July to August in 1988.
At the time the family was living in Cornish Gardens. Their surname was Lambert, Mrs Lambert was living with her son and her cat Fluffy.
I have very pleasant memories of my time in Bournemouth and shall be visiting the area this summer and would like to say hello again.
Maybe she remembers me. I broke the guest bed on my arrival, so we had to underpin it with some books. Mrs Lambert was a teacher at this time.
Mrs Lambert was such a friendly person, I can remember, one night we missed our bus and had to call her.
She came with her lovely little Mini estate wearing just her nightdress to pick us up.
I already tried to find her by phone so sorry for all the Lamberts in Bournemouth I bothered.
