HOW can the council possibly justify the issuing of parking tickets in Littledown Avenue on Monday?
Especially when one of our town centre car parks has been invaded by people who choose, deliberately, not to pay and for whom, no doubt, there will be no financial penalty slapped on their illegally parked, oversized vehicles and trailers?
Where, I ask, is the justice in that and why don’t the Council do more to protect us from these regular invasions?
Wouldn’t it be nice if, on this one occasion, common sense took place and those law abiding citizens who parked in error, had their tickets withdrawn and placed in more appropriate locations such as on the vehicles of the deliberately illegally-parked visitors?
