WHAT a wonderful day Sunday turned out to be in celebration of St George’s Day.
The organisers, helpers, leaders and of course the boys and girls are to be congratulated for a successful show of what a great generation of youngsters we have in our area.
The photos showed how they were enjoying every minute, and all the activities go on behind the scenes throughout the year are giving the young ones a good grounding for their future run by volunteers.
It is sad we have a section who wish to destroy all aspects of living in a community, but Sunday showed we have a great bunch to make us proud.
