IT has been interesting reading of all the comments, future plans and the latest plans for our Imax.
I believe Dave Wells comments are nearer the mark than those of John Beesley, his cronies and supporters on the council.
How ludicrous to spend £6.5m to purchase the building, a further £2m to demolish it and then the development costs for whatever would replace it.
There have been many comments and criticisms regarding the bulk and positioning of the building preventing what apparently is for many the loss of the view of Bournemouth bay.
Those that are driving past the building would be better off looking where they are going, particularly as there is a speed camera adjacent.
All the moaners and groaners, once they have left their cars can walk around the other side of the building where the view is uninterrupted. John Beesley should cancel the demolition contract, ignore all the moaners and groaners, carry out certain alterations within the building and engage more tenants and business, thus providing income for the Borough of Bournemouth.
