I WOULD like to say a thank you to Tom Killick, and all the players at Poole Town football club for a wonderful season at Tatnam.
I have enjoyed every game.
It was a pity that a lot of us rose to the comments made by the Gosport Borough manager.
Michael Walker is a great captain/motivator for the team, and could easily play at a much higher level.
So I don’t really except that Michael’s comments in the Echo inspired the Gosport team to win.
Both teams were nervous in front of a record crowd at Tatnam.
I was more concerned with the announcer on the tannoy.
He obviously hasn’t been to a charm school.
His threats of eviction if you did this or if you did that upset a lot of people.
Having said that, we look forward to next season, to automatic promotion.
Thank you lads.
