WOULD someone explain where I apply for my human rights and why am I discriminated against?
You see, I pay my council tax and income tax always on time, but recently I parked in a council car park, paid for one hour and committed a serious crime.
Oh yes, my car was taxed and insured, but I had overstayed by 15 minutes resulting in a hefty fine.
My questions are these. Can I park a caravan 24/7, receive a bag for my litter and all without charge?
Can I apply for state benefit and apply for exemption from self-assessment tax forms because I haven’t got a permanent address?
And can I go to any GP practice of my choice providing I park within the area?
And what about my TV licence? Those nasty detector vans couldn’t catch me.
If the answer to all of the above is yes, the question is ‘Why’?
Perhaps someone who represents our government would answer in words of just one syllable please.
