Mr J Arrowsmith is quite correct with his views of wind farms. What he does not mention is that Bournemouth has the benefit of a double high tide because of the shape of the coastline here.
In other words, we get twice the number of high tides than other parts of the coast, so wave-generated power is the way to go for us seeing as it is less expensive, not so much noise for us to endure and we shall not have to look at it on the horizon so the tourist industry will not be affected.
