I HAVE been reading about the inconvenience caused by the work at Wallisdown but what also concerns me is the parking in Bryant Road. It is really bad at the moment, people park on the double yellow lines and on the pavement.

They have no regard for pedestrians and people pushing prams or riding mobility scooters.

What makes it worse is the fact that you never see a traffic warden here.

I think if a few of these people got a ticket put on their vehicles it would stop this illegal parking.

Once Tesco is open, this is only going to get worse as it’s bad enough now trying to find one’s way round all the vehicles parked in front of the other shops.
